No I don't think your powers work like that. I think you're kind of constrained to the weather patterns of your immediate area.

I thought so. But there isn't much of a science to magic...

Well they don't exactly follow science, but they do have rules they go by.

Your powers even at their most active only seem to work in a particular radius, a pretty large radius, but there is still one.

Well the past is a great indication. I have been the one to blame for abnormal weather before.

It's not that abnormal though is it? It's gotten cold like this before. Do you have some kind of magic that effects the weather?
