... A horror game, Mundane? Somehow I doubt that it would be quite the "walk in the park" you say it will be, even when you compare it to everything the X-Men have been through over the years.
However, despite being one of your less inspired ideas, I will say that it is at least better than sending your younger muses into the game as you'd originally planned.
But if I may make one request? Please, reconsider what point you may take me from. I... would prefer it if I had happier memories of Logan with me.

Do not presume that I do not know that. [ After all the friends she's lost
(and no matter how many of them returned)the hurt and loss did not get any easier. ] But is it too much to ask for so small a reprieve when, for once, when it can actually be done?[ She's just. so tired of losing people. ]

[And she's completely ignoring this Logan thing. It. Didn't. Happen.]

[And for dodging the Logan thing. Yeah, it didn't happen.]

and Monetand everyone else we work with but you're kind of the kick-ass-iest of us, y'know?no subject

Maybe top ten, lady, but when you've got you, Kitty, Rachel, and the others...
I'm not bad. But I got a ways to go.

That being said, I know you would consistently make my top ten. [ Obviously. She was basically on Storm's first draft for their team, after all. ]

Mutual appreciation society? I can dig it.

Things are a little... stormy.

Such is life for Storm, right?

Just another day, it seems.
Except for proposals from tyrants - I believe I have had more than my share of those to last me more than one lifetime.

Hopefully they get the message. Though it could be worse- I saw one example of a timeline where you decided t'be proactive about it.
So how're things?

But no, she just chuckles. Extra points for you, Bishop.]
... Things are fine, Bishop. It's good to see you.
no subject
He'll gladly take the chuckles instead.]
Likewise; I'm glad t'be brought out for this. But you ain't seriously worried about some 'horror' game, are you?

Still, you got me curious. Which canon points are on the table for taking you from? I like the one with you an' Thor dating, but that's just me.
[Though admittedly, it's not a time with the mohawk- and mohawk is always better.]

While my mundane happens to know of and enjoy the one you speak of immensely, and as interesting as it sounds, I'm not sure I can see myself with someone like Thor...
no subject
Eh, don't knock it 'till you tried it. Least he went for dating first, right? Besides, it's pretty plain that you two make a cute couple.
Dangerous, too.

You know - I really didn't want to start a trend, Ororo.
no subject
To be fair, Jean, you did not exactly start that particular trend. [ That honor kind of went to John Proudstar, didn't it? She reaches out to take Jean's hands in hers, because she can. And because she misses her best friend, okay!! ] I believe what you did start was the trend of coming back. And perhaps, that will work for the better.

[ Does that make her a bad friend? Ororo's smile trembles a bit and she squeezes Jean's hands back. She can't help it; she's so tired of losing the people she loves. ]
