Clara on her mun thinking of sending her to a game | Crossposted to D_P
I'm flattered you've taken a shine to me so quickly but don't you think planning on sending me somewhere so soon is a but too much? I'm not saying that I can't handle it. I'm sure I'll be able to handle wherever you send me [Uh-huh, sure you will Clara.] I'm just not big on the idea that's all. This is me we're talking about, don't I get some say in the decision at all?
...That will be a no then.
At least this means I get some more icon space. Just promise not to keep commenting on how big my eyes are. Yes, they're a little bigger than most peoples but it's not like I can do anything about it.
[Wow. Well, it seems Clara in a bit of a bossy mood today. Must be the teacher coming out in her.]

[Don't even try it, Tommy-boy, or else... well, you don't want to know what will happen to you! xD]
Well, then... :: "Tommy-boy" looks slightly miffed ::

[Sorry Tommy's mundane but Clara can't help but laugh a little at that. Mostly just because of the imagery that formed in her mind whenever he mentioned ET. She shakes her head slightly]
I think you might be being a little too harsh. But yeah, my mun's not the only one that thinks so either. Apparently they tend to get bigger when I'm happy. Or annoyed. Or both, I'm not really sure.

[Tommy, don't you DARE link them directly to my Facebook page! We have OTHER means of sharing photographs, if you REALLY want to "prove" how large my eyes are...]
Fine then, Miss Mundane.... I'm sorry for the poor quality of the picture but-- well. This is from a quite ancient digital camera (circa 2000) but it was the only way we could find a picture of her without her tinted glasses on (also known as her pre-blindness era). [Like you're one to talk, Tommy! You know the longer you go without wearing your bifocals the worse your nearsightedness will become!] Oh, hush, you, unless you wish to "phone home"! Ahaha....
[The mundane secretly plots to GET Tommy for that remark! xD]

Apologies to Clara, but my presence here was requested
Spot a womyn in the back struggling with a math problem.
Misogynistically rise from my seat armed with a calculator and the phallus-shaped torture device known as a "pencil."
My penis is now fully erect and pushing aggressively against my pants.
Transphobically sit down next to her, she starts weeping softly.
"Can I help you?" I say, my smile oozing with privilege.
"O-okay" she stutters with eyes full of the tears of a thousand feminists.
I start to violently rape her notebook with my graphite phallus.
The heads of all the males in the classroom turn at the smell of patriarchal oppression and become instantly erect.
"So if you divide it then x becomes 5y" I say, having succeeded in demolishing her female independence.
"T-th-thank y-you" she whispers and wipes away tears.
All males in the classroom ejaculate in unison to the sound of womyn's rights being trampled. The semen shoots up to the ceiling fan, spraying male juices all over the womyn in the class, oppressing them.
I bend down to the female, my penis protruding from my pants like a single flower sprouting from the grave of feminism.
"It was..."
She starts crying uncontrollably, womyn from all over the world scream in horror. Sweden declares personal war against me hearing the news of my privilege. Male babies grow full beards, and penises throughout the universe rise to the call of oppression. God feels his celestial penis becoming fully erect.
"...my privilege".

[Clara realizes that she probably shouted that out a little too loud and she covers her mouth with a hand for a second as a kind of an apology to the woman standing in front of her.]
Thank you for saying that. But it's not just my mun who thinks that. Other people do too.

[He smiled and offered her a pat on the shoulder.]
Whatever you do, I'll be thinking of you, Oswald.
no subject
[She smiles a little wider at that, tilting her head to the side fondly. She jokes a little]
I know. I'm hard to forget.
no subject
I don't want to think about you. I'd like to be with you in this game. Together.
no subject
[Excuse her as she grins like an idiot.]
It'll be much easier to deal with a completely new place with you there with me.
wow! can't believe you actually did put a reserve for her! :D
Clara Oswald! I don't have to be alone without you in a new world. You've just made my mundane happy too, as he rather thinks you're pretty and nice. Actually, so do I.
❤
[Clara laughs and wraps her arms around the Doctor's neck as he lifts her off her feet into a hug. She can't help but grin to see him so happy. As he sets her down she places a hand on his cheek for a moment.]
And suddenly I'm not so worried anymore. This might actually end up being fun rather than new and terrifying like I thought it was going to be when my mun started getting game ideas in her head.
Re: I love that icon so much <3
You don't ever need to be worried, Clara. Not when you're with me. Well, at least when you're not in danger from being eaten by aliens, blown up, shot or lost. Everything else should be ok. [He was only teasing, as he knew how she found his dangerous life as a Time Lord.]
We can do brilliant things together in this game.
It's perfect
[Clara moved her arms from around him as he set her back down on the ground but the grin is still on her lips. She laughs a little at his comment about not being afraid when she’s with him. She teases him right back, you know she can more than keep up with you, Doctor.] You wouldn’t be able to get through half of that stuff without me. Anyway, let’s hope that this new place doesn’t involve any of that, especially not either of us risking our lives.
Don’t forget amazing. Brilliant and amazing.

[He offered her a shy smile.]
I doubt we'll be risking our lives, as the game is quite safe. It's not like some of these games I've heard about. Asylum, zombie, death games. They sound awful.

If my eyes didn't 'work on you' you wouldn't comment on them so much. And I am NOT a control freak! Why does everyone call me a control freak? Besides, my mun can get past them just fine...I think. Maybe.
no subject
[He does smirk a bit at her insistence, however.]
Whatever you say, boss.
no subject
[She can't help but smile a little at his next comment though, laughing slightly. She knows she's a control freak deep down. She even admitted it herself one time not too long ago. ]
Whatever I say? Yes. Right. Whatever I say.
no subject
[She might be a control freak, but really the Doctor doesn't mind. One corner of his lips pulls upwards in a half-smile.]
So. Where is this mundane sending you?
no subject
[Because how could she possibly promise something like that? Most of the time when her eyes get bigger and bigger she has no control over them. She can be an emotional person and her way of showing emotion is through her eyes.]
She's sending me to some kind of Pokemon game. It doesn’t sound so bad actually. At least compared to some of the other games I’ve heard about around here. I wouldn’t be surprised if she decided to send me somewhere else too though…
no subject
Heh, with that attitude I'm sure you'd do fine almost anywhere.
no subject
...You think so? Well, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that but I'll take it as a compliment.
no subject
Your eyes are big.
[He leans forward to be closer to face level to her, suddenly serious.]
Stay away from the asylums. Your mun tries to sign you up, don't let 'em.
no subject
...So I've heard.
[Her eyes widen again as he leans closer to her and she takes a small step back. Her eyebrows raise.]
Asylums? That sounds like an absolutely horrible idea. But then again my mun would enjoy throwing me somewhere completely terrible 'for fun'...I'll keep that in mind, thank you. And trust me, I'll stand up for myself.
no subject
Yeah, not a nice place to be.
Stick with friends, if you can. Strength in numbers.
no subject
[Clara frowns a little to herself as she looks up at him]
…This asylum you’re talking about. Is that where your own mun has sent you?
no subject
[Yes hello Clara, meet your echo.] Or something like that, 'fraid I'm not really all that familiar with twenty-first century fairytales.
[At least she seems pretty unperturbed? Smug's probably the better word, to be perfectly frank.]
no subject
Excuse Clara while she looks at you with those wide eyes of hers. She's never met an echo of herself before not even around here when there are more than one of the same person walking around. She's kind of in a daze for a while before she snaps out of it. Clara's not often speechless.]
You're...me?
