No. It does not work for humans. Only realians and other created beings with specific properties can be outfitted with it.

The U.R.T.V. stands for U-DO Retro Virus. Our wave lengths are opposing to U-DO. We can contain and destroy its tendrils. However, it comes with a cost. We can not be immune to it or else our waveforms would not harm it either. Only #669 is non reactive.
