psychobabblery: (sometimes a cigar isn't a cigar)

why me

I wish I could say I am as surprised as you are, but I'd prefer to start off on at least some level of honesty, as there will be time enough for all manner of facetiousness and cutting remarks in the near future.
That is, if things go according to plan.
Which is a rarity, I admit, considering our similar track records with fate's slippery interventions and inter weavings.
Still, if the prospect of abject failure is not enough to deter you, then I suspect my advice won't have any effect whatsoever, and you will proceed to do what you will regardless.
In any case, you have quite a bit more reading to do before we can ponder any further actions.
You might want to get on that.

Nyahaha! 'Fate', huh? Didn't anyone ever tell you that 'fate' changes about as much as war does, in the long run?

[And as we all know, war never changes. It's nowhere near grammatically correct but Henry doesn't care.]

No wonder she's got so damn much left to read if you're always as wordy as this.
sharkfoodbound: (gladius.)

[personal profile] sharkfoodbound 2014-08-28 01:46 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh? So less the word count and more the pretentious eloquence, huh.
sharkfoodbound: (shamshir.)

[personal profile] sharkfoodbound 2014-08-28 01:53 pm (UTC)(link)
No.

But I guess what looks pretentious to me could seem totally called for for somebody else.

Thank you, thank you.
Lucky for me having empathy and caring are two very different things.
sharkfoodbound: (saingeom.)

[personal profile] sharkfoodbound 2014-08-28 02:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh? Is not caring to empathise the same thing as nihilism now? You're quick to put labels on things.
sharkfoodbound: (shamshir.)

[personal profile] sharkfoodbound 2014-08-28 02:33 pm (UTC)(link)
That must've been one hell of a party.
sharkfoodbound: (cinquedea.)

[personal profile] sharkfoodbound 2014-08-28 02:39 pm (UTC)(link)
And where are you in that metaphor?
sharkfoodbound: (shamshir.)

[personal profile] sharkfoodbound 2014-08-28 02:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Did you get away? Or is that still up in the air?
sharkfoodbound: (gladius.)

[personal profile] sharkfoodbound 2014-08-28 03:09 pm (UTC)(link)
Tch, always with the police. You'd think they'd figure out there's no point.
anoblecaws: (Creepy ✧ You ready? You're ready)

roooooose (oh my god i am so sorry that last comment made no sense)

[personal profile] anoblecaws 2014-08-28 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
[it was like one am]

Wrong again. No one ever said you couldn't dump that swill in their faces and stab 'em while they're blind!
anoblecaws: (Smug ✧ like a broken gear)

[personal profile] anoblecaws 2014-08-28 07:33 pm (UTC)(link)
No, see, I'm an expert at sticking needles in eyes.

[The way he's grinning, Henry looks more than slightly insane.]

I mean, you can just stab them right in there, use magic to bring them down and then stab them right in there, take out one and wait for the giant to kill itself in it half-blinded fury, great rivers of blood streaming down its face... mmm, yeah...
anoblecaws: (Yay ✧ (that's just how I look))

[personal profile] anoblecaws 2014-08-28 07:39 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, well, obviously. And then there are things that aren't needles. Like, why carry needles when you just use a hex that can make their eyes explode on their own? It's way easier! ...Unless you can't do that, in which case, you are totally missing out.
