For all the time spent that my writer has spoken of my former exploits and complained about our lack of communication as of late, I have seen no effort to do something about the situation.

This is a question I have asked myself for years. I cannot seem to make myself heard above all the chaos that fills my writer's brain, no matter what is promised or threatened.

I fear it may be a lost cause.
