I'm not here for romance, am I? I'm an ancient Time Lord, not another ordinary human being, and quite frankly, my former regenerations should never have been flirting with their companions in the first place. I'm embarrassed by their romantic entanglements, and I will not be following in their ridiculous footsteps. Honestly, bowties and pinstripes... it's time I stopped behaving as a child and acted my own age.

I have far too many important things to be doing, anyway, and...and I was married, wasn't I? What more do you want from me?
