My philosophy is simply that in order for true freedom we must break the chains of oppression that the White Lotus and the Four Nations have forged and live with the spirits, not against them. Chains forged with the assistance of the Avatar. We have succeeded in one part - the Spirit Portals have been opened and the Avatar made the choice - the correct choice - to keep them open.
