In the end we all are still children at heart seeking for something or someone to comfort us. The only difference is... it's much easier to hold someone's hand when you're a kid and much harder to find stability as you grow older.

I've been raised underground, creatures with scales or exoskeletons are more common than furred ones. I do actually consider fluffy pets almost... creepy. You know, the most common furry creature down there was a peculiar kind of spider. And I've never been to fond of them.

I see. Quite the opposite in my case; furred spiders are suitable pets upon my birth planet of Somnan. I suppose when our only other options are poisonous reptiles and sand beetles, we compromised.

No. I understand that as well. We've no bovine or cattle upon Somnan and fill our diet with what we can from our planet. [ They're ultra vegans, basically. ] I can understand your point of view.

Indeed, she took me from Mist and she's planning to send me in one of those worlds she keeps talking about. I can't really complain, I'm used to move around, my only worry is Cuore's... you know, if I leave she'll be alone.

I may not be a good foster mother -because I'm not-, not if she's planning to fit in the human world, but I can understand her confusion at least. I still think you'd be an amazing foster father for Cuore, even if she knows very little about human feelings she sincerely seems to enjoy your company and she keeps looking forward your visits..
