homeless and looking :v come enable me.
I know I'm surrounded as it were by bumbling imbeciles, but I had held you to slightly higher standards, Mundane.
I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed.
Asking whether or not you should review canon is absolutely atrocious, and shouldn't be up for debate. Any chance to review and study source material should be seized, especially if I'm being made to waste my time on an absolutely asinine community.

[Not that she can blame him, given the circumstances of many of the places she's gone, but all the same. He's a lot... harsher about it, than many she's seen over time.]

To say the very least, Fourteen. It's an inconvenience at best, and rarely have I any opportunity to make any amount of progress on all of the work I oversee. Don't tell me you enjoy that nonsense.
no subject
Not exactly, but... I'm used to it.
[Side effect of being your mun's favorite for going on three years now]
Besides, not everything that's happened to me in places like that are bad.

Is that so? And I presume you've been so busy playing make believe that you've neglected your responsibilities?

['not just make believe.' She'd made friends and family and fought and helped people and done so many things. She isn't sure how to begin explaining all that though, or if it'd make any difference.]
In the game I've been in longest my universe has been destroyed. I can't really do anything there, besides try to fix it. Which we've been trying. Everywhere else I haven't stayed long enough to do much. Most of them don't have Heartless anyway, or they're all pureblood.
[That is if she even wanted to follow the Organization's orders regarding them. Between canon events and two years in horrortower, she's hit the equivalent of her rebellious teenage years.]

As a scientist, he would normally encourage socializing her moreso with enthusiasm just to observe and record, but his reputation was on the line, and if she didn't perform, it was Vexen that would take the heat more than no. i. He wanted her to continue as she was FOR SCIENCE, but he still had to cover his ass.
To see her defend her adventures so told him she was getting attached. Which also piqued his interest, but for the sake of the mission, and for the Organization, it could not afford getting attached. ]
And who are you trying to convince of that? We can lie and present facades to our mind's content, but that is all they are. Forgetting that is as dangerous as it is foolish, and won't be tolerated.
Be that as it may, you have within you the power to create Heartless worth harvesting. Ignorance is no excuse to shirk your responsibilities, especially if you intend to continue indulging in these evanescent follies.
OH MY GOD
There's a flash of memory. A boy in red stabbing himself in the heart with a black Keyblade, the heart that was then freed and the Heartless that was-
Now she's downright horrified.]
Wh-what-
Are you saying I should hurt them? The other people there?
[The very idea, even for some of the people she hates most in the Tower, is abhorrent. There were so few of them now, and even when there'd been more, only a few brought in a month. To take away what little they had left? Bastion had been about the same. Exsilium and this new place she's going to appear to have (have had in Exsilium's case) more people, but why did that make it any better?
She is far past attached.]

[just saying, dude]
part of me is. cringing at these threads because something I can't quite place feels off.
[ Hes lips thinned and the way his eyes hardened and narrowed was just creeping past the range of 'subtle.' He wasn't yet snippy at all--annoyed, still, but he was merely asserting his rank and prestige with stern voice. ]
Standards, Seven. Unlike the gaggle of irresponsibly cacophonic neophytes overrunning both the Organization and this meta-verse, I'm not often bothered by obnoxious mundanes.
[ Mun apologizes profusely for Vexen in general. ]
awwww :c
Well. More like. Vexen is jockeying. Saïx is going to stand here and pretend like that's not happening. :T]
How fortunate for you. [Do you hear this deadpan? It means he gives less of a damn than normal.] Doesn't that just mean you're less desirable?
[.................... NOW IT'S THIS MUN THAT SHOULD BE APOLOGIZING. SAIX, BEHAVE.]
[[ooc because it's too long for subject lines: man i feel you, i've been there with characters before. i can't say i know vexen well enough to figure out what it is, but from my experience it means i'm usually off with their voice. it's a common problem for me that i've got their inner monologue down but not their outer voice? idk :c BUT LUCKILY THAT'S WHAT D_M IS FOR: PRACTICE! so don't sweat it too much, just watch and review and see if you can figure it out?? :|a]]
Re: awwww :c
Not at all, Seven. Supply and demand applies within the confines of this cesspool just as much as it does anywhere else, making myself a rare commodity as juxtaposed to common fodder.
[ Vexen is cruisin for a bruisin but he don't even care. No fear. ]
(( Yeah, like..his diction is coming back to me pretty quickly, but I just wanna get more practice on the balance he has of brushing insults off while staying arrogant but calm, and his temper tantrums. It comes back quick, but it just makes me wrinkle my nose, cause Vexen's my bab. ))

Saïx deserves a medal for not outright laughing at the idea of Vexen being a rare commodity, tbqh. All he does is slowly raise an eyebrow. A goddamn medal.
Lightly:] Scarcity does not guarantee value.
[[It's gotta be a weird balance to keep. Good luck!! I will do my best to give you lots of practice. Luckily, this asshole is good for that kind of thing.]]
I am a newb
Your player should relax and listen to some music. It's way more fun than studying. [Even if a review means playing video games, it's still attached to studying.]
They can read the manga! It's funny, dude. You have these clones and they are all bald.

We can only hope your Mundane is sensible enough to take the advice, and pay proper respect to the source material; second-hand observation is diluted and potentially unreliable at best.
Still, perhaps you ought to consider it a victory either way? A Mundane armed with proper data will no doubt make your stay anywhere a fascinating and productive one; these worlds tend to be ripe with potential. On the other hand, a Mundane without adequate preparation or confidence in working with you should waste your time only briefly before succumbing to insecurity and self-doubt.
