Even if you're from the same planet, it's possible it's a different variation of my own. For example, I've been told some worlds have magic that's entirely outside the realm of science. If that's true.

Well... there's a lot of stuff going on where I live which doesn't make sense in a scientific way. But those things could just be hidden on your planet. I didn't know about any of that before I got pulled into it.

We have animals, both domesticated and wild but humans are typically considered the most evolved. [That excitement is back.] You're saying that's not the case from where you're from?

But I was lead to believe that place inhabited mostly by humans are rarely "peaceful"

Ah, I'm from 1998, though I'm not sure why other ....me's wouldn't want to know more about their futures, if you know they're bad. I'd prefer to prevent it, if I could. I'm not sure it's set in stone but if there's a decision that's known to lead to a bad outcome... well.. it only makes sense I'd want to avoid it.

A negative Earth? [Well, that certainly sounds like a pleasant place to visit, doesn't it?] I suppose it may seem inferior depending on the Earth it's being compared to but I think on a whole, it's entirely... average. We have good and bad points.

If what I understand about this place is true, it's certainly possible. It spans across infinite universes and with that, all variations are not only possible, they exist.
