... [Abe opens his mouth, then shuts it, and silently shakes his head.]
Alright, let me see if I understand... You want to--pluck me from my life, away from my wife and my son and... obligations--you want to pluck me away from all of that for a voyage on a ship that sails in the sky?
[He throws his hands up and shakes his head again, at a loss for words.]

Yes, among the stars she said. A ship without sails flying past the planets. [gives a half amused sniff with yet another shake of his head. So not in the mood for all this.]

[He takes his notebook out of his pocket and starts making notes. Mostly out of habit. He's registered the look, or the trying not to look look. He's quite used to it.]

[Like an historical reenactment.... Usually people a took thpe military angle over the village... Whatever he was supposed to be.]

[he eyes the bobby hat and nods at it, gesturing to his own head] And uh, under whose authority might you be? [He tries valiantly not to smile in amusement but it sort of fails.]

[He hasn't stopped writing notes. He stares down the smile.]
The Queen's. Cheeky bugger. I never like to guess, but you're Republic of Ireland, I take it?

She finally saw fit to tell me it's the year 20...14, from --your perspective.
[he's going to need a minute to process this.]

An adventure in the skies? [ PLEASE TRADE MUNS WITH HER. ] What obligation could be more important than that?
[ she's still getting used to this whole "actually being a responsible princess" thing, okay. ]

Going on an adventure doesn't always have to mean leaving family behind, you know. [ if only she knew what kind of place ataraxion really is. ] In fact, the only family I've not yet seen in this place are me wee brothers. [ which may be for the best lbr. ] And seeing as how that's a mere three out of the six of us, I'd say the odds of you finding your wife and son again are looking pretty good.
[ "obscure" what's that mean. ]
