thegames; god what am i doing
"The Games". That's very straightforward, isn't it. A gathering of people to compete against one another is quite an old concept in history, but interesting in and of itself.
...Especially for the audience.
[ He smiles as brightly as people usually see him to be, but inside, he is in fact grimacing in disgust. A group of sick bastards who will no doubt dictate the bad and good ends of the competitors, especially for him. How disgusting. He wanted to vomit. ]
But... I'm just a kid who doesn't really know how to fight! What should I do? I won't stand a chance...
[ Heh. ]

[ He tends to be a smooth talker, despite not knowing how to deal with girls on a personal level. Yes, so friendly... ]

[Unfortunately for Aoba, Lily isn't even phased by his smooth talking.]
Aoba is a really weird name, I've never heard of it before! [Way to be honest, Lily.]

You think so? It means "green leaf" in Japanese! But you don't have the Orient look. Instead you have that exotic western look about you!
Are you American, by any chance?
no subject
American? What's that?
no subject
...European?
no subject
"Mother" never told us what a European was!
no subject
Your mother didn't tell you where you came from?
no subject
[At least, nothing that wasn't about completely tearing their enemies into pieces.]
All I know is that I came from this place underground!
no subject
...Underground, huh? Sounds interesting! It's almost like a secret base.
no subject
W-Well, it was a secret...
1/2
Ah. ☆ ]
no subject
You may not know this, but I am a very good secret keeper.
[ He really is... ]

Will you... promise not to think differently of me? [What was she saying, she knew that everyone would find out how much of a monster she was. Leading to a good loss of friends, possibly.]
no subject
Just because you live under the ground? I don't think that's any reason to see you in a different light!
Lily-chan of the earth or sky makes no difference to me. ☆
wow how did this become really serious all of the sudden LOL
Underground... "Mother" only taught to do one thing...
To be weapons.
LMFAO inorite, and also i'm so sorry he's such a two faced douche :|
A girl who wished to escape her past and second nature. This could prove interesting. He secretly wondered how well Lily could fight. He wished to see it someday. ]
[ ... ] And did she... make you fight?
it's okay because lily's mom is just as bad, EVEN WORSE
Tear them apart. Rip out their guts. Completely destroy them.
In which she did. With not only hopes to claw both her and her brothers way out of there, but to get just a small bit of admiration from that woman that wanted nothing more than a deathless army.]
I... [Nail digging into her arms, blue eyes that were once bright with life no seemed completely dead.] She made all of us kill... a-and then... [She's trembling, eyes blinking wildly as she does everything she can to keep herself from crying.] I-I killed... them...
AHH i know this because i am familiar with DOGS canon... ヽ(;▽;)ノ
It must have been hard for you...
[ He placed a gentle hand on her shoulder as a gesture of comfort. ]
But Lily-chan... where are you right now?
oh god, have you seen the recent chapter 1/2
It doesn't... [And here she is, the tears dripping down her cheeks as she's holding onto herself for dear life.] That doesn't...
no subject
[She immediately shoots back up, her eyes locked on Aoba.]
I'm a monster! No matter where I go, that's what everyone will see me as, right?
ahh, i did!! if only i can properly emote my reaction at einstürzen @_@
A smile that was eerily out of place in a emotionally wracking atmosphere, but seemingly contained no malice, and was even almost too bright to look at. ]
That may be true, but whoever said monsters were a bad thing?
i don't even know what to do with my feelings anymore after that chapter, wheeze
Though his smile did trouble her, she simply brushed it away.]
And what if this monster couldn't control themselves? Would they be good?
