"The Games".  That's very straightforward, isn't it.  A gathering of people to compete against one another is quite an old concept in history, but interesting in and of itself.

[ Weapon(s). Plural, perhaps? If this Mother person had raised an army of these human weapons, Aoba wouldn't have been surprised one bit. Some adults could be very sick minded. And though he was jarred at the sudden confession, he had expected it nevertheless, and made a note to stick around some more. She was naive, but obviously meant well. He also couldn't help but direct some disgust at her "guardian". If he was used like that he'd be sick to the stomach.

A girl who wished to escape her past and second nature. This could prove interesting. He secretly wondered how well Lily could fight. He wished to see it someday. ]

He vaguely wondered if a powerhouse such as Heiwajima Shizuo back at Ikebukuro would feel such similar emotions. Though even if he did, he wouldn't be wiping his tears and gently smiling at him like he was doing for Lily now.
