Are you quite certain? That is to say, I'm not sure you're ready. I don't mean to say that you can't, but I do rather think more preparation is in order.

For example, have you given much thought to learning more about my predecessors? It's not crucial by any means, but it would be helpful, you know. After all, you can't know where you've been if you don't know where you're going. Or is that the other way 'round?
