On trying to settle things several weeks in advance...
Since you're asking for my opinion on the matter...I think you're being far too hasty with the time frame you're being given. I know you'd like to settle if it's the Eldest Daughter or I that you'll be sending, but you make it seem like it's a race against time when you have more than a month to make the decision.
Patience is a virtue, mundane, and you have plenty of time to test your options. It's your choice on how you wish to spend it.

oh i'm sorry did you want HELP
yes because i can't exactly help myself over here
It's still rather childish of her to act like that, when she's the one who will have to make the decision in the end...
[Iku shakes her head. Her place is in the clouds, not with mortals who'll attempt to kill one another. She's already given up trying to make that point, though.]
...She'll come to one, when she's able. I just hope that it's favorable. [And one, she silently hopes, doesn't involve her.]
i'm sorry yukari and help are not words that go together in a sentence
I didn't know you were so eager to submit the celestial to that sort of treatment.
[Not that she wouldn't throw Tenshi under that exact same bus.]
i can dream that they do dammit
I wouldn't wish this upon either of us, if I really had a say in the matter. [Her voice is pretty firm in that regard; as much of a brat as Tenshi is, this isn't something she'd wish upon her. She's trying not to think about what's happening over there as she speaks...
She goes silent, though, because really; it is becoming a bit of a 'them or me' mentality. Selfish as it is, she'd rather not wind up a drugged, fileted oarfish. The most she can do is cooperate as little as possible.]

[Casually hijacking the border between brackets and spoken word here.]
Throw someone else under the train, if you want to save yourself and her. The cartoon girl, perhaps. Folks seemed to like her! Or maybe the untested, panicky girl with the pocky addiction. It would be entertaining to see her snap like a dry twig after only a week.

...I think she may be taking that idea to heart. [And boy, is that a temporary sigh of relief.] At the least, it's making her rethink things and start from scratch.
[Good. She thinks. Even if she is flailing around like a headless chicken now. ...And may be smirking just a bit at it. At least she can be amused for the time being...]
