My mun assures me that even though I might get "used as a stepping stone and viciously dismembered" I am probably going to like where I'm looking at.

My mun tells me that "beam weaponry hurts like a bitch and cuts through you like butter, or at least it should." I'm with you on this, I think I'll be just fine, but he can worry if he wants to.

Well, the fact that it took magic out of our hides far more than happens at home didn't help either.

And "a few monsters" is a bit of an understatement. I really didn't enjoy trying to walk across town because she demanded someone else be there - though she was just as capable of taking care of herself as I was at the time.
