Not yet. The mundane's been thinking about a place called 'Exsilium.' There's a big fight going down there, and it sounds like they could use some help.

Time travel, though... That part's a little over my head. Besides, I've got other commitments.

Right now I'm in contact with some ex-Cerberus people. The Illusive Man wants them bad, and they need protection. I told their leader I'd help. They're a good group. It's not the fate of the Galaxy, but it's a cause worth fighting for.

That's what I'm counting on. Maybe you don't need to take out a Collector Base to know you're doing some good. Maybe all it takes is finding the right group of people, and putting yourself between them and the bad guys.

On the other hand, apparently what's happening in Exsilium is for the fate of the universe. Multiple universes. It's hard to ignore something like that when the stakes are so high.

What use is "use?" In the entirety of everything, you will find that your ability to impart lasting change is miniscule at best and detrimental to the ambitions that you are aspiring for at worst.

Sure, taking down the Collectors was the right thing to do. Hard, but right. Doesn't change the fact that I wore the same uniform as people who did experiments on sentient subjects. Not to mention wanting to keep that- that base, like some kind of trophy.

Shepard was a disappointment for other reasons. His performance with the Collectors was exemplary, but there was more to it than that.

Too many missed opportunities. He didn't do the entire job.
