[Yup, matching grins. And that gets him to pause, blink, then stare and look at her long and hard.]

What'd you say your name is again?

I'm Jenny. It's a pleasure Da-Doctor. [Okay, so maybe she'd almost slipped up. It was hard calling him by his name for her. She'd always called him 'dad']

What was that?

[Oh he'd caught...er, well, something.]

[He holds out his hand to give an enthusiastic shake anyway.]

It's a pleasure - a right pleasure to meet you too, Jenny.

Oh nothing really. Don't worry about it.

[Okay, it's weird shaking his hand. She was hoping for a hug, but when he didn't know her yet, well, that just made it rather difficult for now, didn't it.]

So, prepared for a new adventure?

Wait... No, that's not right.

[Have a hug, Jenny. A nice tight one.]

That's better, isn't it?

Oh yes, a new adventure indeed!

[Well, there's certainly no hesitation to hug him back. A huge hug while she laughs excitedly. Oh, she loved these hugs.]

It'll have to be the best adventure!

[Yep, that was better. Living contact, nice big hug. He sets her back down - wait, when had he lifted her up? Ah well.]

Oh, I don't know about that - but it'll have to be bloody brilliant. And I think, maybe, it just might be.

[That's alright, she obviously didn't mind it one bit.]

Oh, I would think so. Especially if you're involved.

[Even better. He smiles as his arms drop, then one reaches back up to rub the back of his neck a bit sheepishly.]

[In Doctor-time that could be a month or two, as Jenny might know.]
