Besides, you've only just seen the movie. At least find some way to see it again, but pick somebody else up instead. Someone who isn't in charge of an entire kingdom, for one.

[A pause, then an exasperated sigh.] --And you realize your jokes aren't as funny as you think they are? Yes, I know winter is coming, it comes at the end of every year. Why are you so fixated on that? [She's not going to get into the comparisons to some witch, she just won't.]

But it's so not Elphaba at all. For one thing, she's not green. For another...she's...not green.

So Fiyero just stands there, hands crossed in front of his chest, gawking.]

[Oh, you're--some guy. And he's gawking at her, so she figures he's heard of a few things, not all of them pleasant, so she holds her ungloved hands up.]

[He cocks his head to the side, shrugging. He has no idea about your crazy ice powers, Elsa.

Though he's pretty used to girls with crazy powers who hurt everybody except him. So that's nothing new.]

Not really, no. As far as I know, I've never met you before.

[She relaxes, somewhat, and smiles a little at him. All right, so it's a little awkward, but years of keeping to yourself will do that, and besides, she's a queen. There's always going to be a little distance.]

No, I'm pretty sure I've never met you, either. There's no Arendelle in Oz. Probably. I don't know, I don't really pay too much attention to geographications or whatever.

[He's a prince. He knows all about the distance thing. But Fiyero's all about closing the distance. Distract yourself enough, and you forget there was one in the first place.]

Yeah. She's pretty much the most greenified person I know.

It is lovely, especially in the summer. And the winter. [Provided it isn't eternal winter, then it's the furthest thing from lovely.] I'd rather I found my way back sooner rather than later.

[ in a v. obvious and v. audible stage whisper to elsa ] If they try anything funny, just freeze them! [ a pause while she thinks about what she just said ] Okay, I know you don't actually want to hurt anyone with your powers so I'll- tell them that I've been known to do very violent things with a lute!

Anna, I'm fine--we're just talking. There's no need to hit anyone with a lute, but if it does ever arise, I think I know who I'd call for first.

[ well if elsa's not worried, she's not going to push the issue. and seeing her sister's amusement goes a long way to calming anna down. ] Well... if you're sure. But still! That looks more like the hand of someone who is paranoid and wriggly to me. [A little smile.] And I am sure. As far as I know, there's no danger, so you can put the paranoia aside.

Shhh, I might still be able to convince them! Besides the animal kingdom has many things that are wriggly but still threatening! It's miraculous and gross like that. [ but she's pretty sure she's made her point to all and any muns so she smiles back at elsa with no small amount of relief ]

My Mundane likes the username; she says she is fond of the poet from whom it was quoted.

I have the same concerns, but my Mundane is stubborn. She has my happiness in her best interests, but I'd rather not be put through my paces.

My Mundane recommends Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening. I've just read it myself - she says the poet was born centuries after my - our rule, so she's taken it upon herself to expose me to his poetry.
