Anyway between dickie-bow, sandshoes and stripescarf, you have your hands full tagging those. There is also no point trying to figure out exactly what happened to Gallifrey. Either it failed and things are the way they are, or it was successful. And if it was successful, then that means it has always been that way. Well of course it's complicated. That's what happens when we can't remember things.

Should anyone be feeling the need to say the words "timey-wimey" about now, you're best advised to mature and stop saying it.

Either way my job is done. There'll be an uproar for a while, but even the loudest noises dull once your ears adjust. No, I didn't just make that up. What kind of a fool do you take me for?

And there's no point looking for a "game" when you know full well the majority do not take spoilery characters for at least a week or so. That would give you time to fill in an application, but I get the feeling you'll not be taking advantage of that when you can leave it until the last moment and have a crisis over it. Don't say I didn't warn you.

It's a childish answer used to get out of making any effort to give an acceptable answer. It also makes him sound like he just has no idea what is going on.

Considering the pair of them, that's most likely the case. If someone came running up screaming the time vortex had just collapsed in on itself, I don't think for a moment they'd want to hear the Doctor saying "Oh psh, it's timey-wimey like that".
