on entertaining certain app ideas

This again? I can understand the fascination of such a drab, dull individual with a figure such as myself, but I thought we had dispensed with these childish games. My story is done! The final curtain has fallen and should rise no more. The audience has departed and the lights have gone dark. So let me lie. I have had enough of your trivialities.

And this--this is possibly worse than your other charades. Being stripped of my powers is bad enough, and a grave insult, yet I can see why one such as myself should be punished for my crimes. But a family? [There's a brief, steely silence before he concludes:] I have no interest in a family.

Is it so easy to allow yourself to fade into obscurity? I'm not one to like relinquishing control of a situation, but it seems the better route to allow it.

Beside that, there's always a chance at your abilities being returned to you.

Then strive to be worthy of it.

[ Quistis, on the other hand, just likes being in control. The idea that someone else is manipulating her in one way is a bitter pill to swallow. ]

Then don't ask to have them returned. Although you may only get a portion of them returned, from what I gather. I can't say I... know how to respond, considering that I've only been returned my weapon thus far. [ And her next request is going to be for her spouse's weapon. How selfless of her! ]

Perhaps I don't, but I know the only way to redemption is to try. Either that or you can wallow in your mistakes and your misery and never work toward amending what you've done.

[ She makes a pretty good point, as per usual. ]

Freedom is important, but I'd rather be a caged bird than a dead one. There's always a chance of getting out when you're alive, after all.

I am hoping to have my magic returned, as well. For the moment, though, I'm going to attempt to retrieve something else. [ Because she is a kind and loving spouse, of course. ]
