You keep talking about how you have a problem, but I don't see you doing very much to fix it.
I might not be one to talk about failing to fix something, but bringing me here, along with all those others you have around, is only going to make things more complicated. I know you realize that, but you're also not admitting it, which isn't helping.

Anyway, if she has her own ideas, then you either need to force her to change them or adapt. And, if she's as stubborn as you say, one of them will be easier than the other.
