Anyway, if she has her own ideas, then you either need to force her to change them or adapt. And, if she's as stubborn as you say, one of them will be easier than the other.

I could force her, or at least attempt it, but I think I would rather leave that in the past. Adapting is an option, or I could try encouraging her to go in another direction.
