Been meanin' to ask one'a the you bow boys for a while; why is it you stick with that thing? Slower reload, bigger profile, more awkward ammo (meanin' less ammo overall), the list goes on...
Why not just grab yourself a decent gun and go to town?
You get me a gun that can change between lethal ammunition, tranquilizers, grappling, electricity and gas, and I'll give up the bow.
Besides, I work at range. A sniper rifle doesn't take down the profile much.
What can I say? It's more flexible. Maybe it takes a little more skill. Can't throw arrows at something the way you can throw bullets, but you can use 'em again, make 'em from nothing, and I make every shot count.
Given the type'a tech you work with? Just switch clips. Though I gotta admit, keepin' cover don't mean much when you hang with the cape crowd.
Hey, there's an idea. Arrow's a lot bigger than a bullet- meanin' it's got a helluva lot more room for modification. Get some'a your gadgety geniuses to work on filling the whole shaft with circuitry or payload or whatever, an' suddenly you're a mobile artillery platform. Now there's a reason to operate with a bow.
Course, keepin' them arrows balanced an' good to fire is gonna be up to you. Should be worth it though, huh?

About a week's worth, to be fair, but a week with a cockatoo is enough to figure out what you need to do with a bird. They're absolute lunatics.
