I meant the airship. Hot air balloons hop around like crickets on a fire. Water has more friction. It's steadier. Especially something the weight and size of a cargo ship.

They have steam powered engines that draw air to propel them much like ships on the sea use oars. [Because mun's at a loss for how to describe a Final Fantasy styled airship, let's say Helicarrier steampunked more engines, and props and things]
