Yes, and this one has yet to start his training. He used to be a fairly accomplished martial artist, but it's been years since he's done any kind of training. Something I intend to change.
Oho? What arts had he been skilled in? If he's looking to try something new, I might suggest pankration. [That's right, Herc INVENTED a martial art that's still in use to this day. Because he's awesome like that.]
He actually was fairly accomplished in Tae Kwon Do. I would suggest he branch out, however there are precious little in the way of instructors available to him. I've been attempting to get him to at least refresh himself on the katas he learned.
The Korean study, yes? I'm told it's become quite popular within the past couple decades. [Needs more wrestling, though; Herc's rather certain anyone trying to keep him at arm's length would be in serious trouble very quickly.]
I can see the trouble with learning more, watching techniques on a computer is no match for a genuine teacher- but that's no excuse to skip over what he has already learned. A few moves well-polished is surely better than a vast, half-remembered arsenal, after all. [Admittedly, Herc rarely needs to use much at all of his skills; just hitting something is usually faster and more effective.]
Yes. It was the least intensive, considering his physical frailties. He doesn't have the bone structure to support any kind of upper body strength, really.
Money is another issue... it is a great shame that the arts are withheld from those who cannot afford lessons. They should be for all who are capable and have the desire to learn.
[...Says the guy who turned away all but three students, and then later kicked one out.]

Do you really think this one will do aught but disappoint you?

Whether he lives up to his potential or not is up to him. I can only offer what guidance I can provide.

Yet there is a world of difference between my ambitions and vain wishes for a fellow who would rather live other's lives rather than improve his own.

Not everyone has the capacity, nor the opportunities, we had, Gouki. We were more fortunate than many.
