My Halloween costume, you still haven't decided on one right? So I got the perfect one in mind! I wanna dress up like a Rocket Grunt like those two kids! Come on! It'll be awesome!

Oh, but just don't tell you-know-who. That guy'll ruin my plans for world domination, hehe.

Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos...pretty much anywhere and everywhere. Kept trying to win a League Tournament so I could get the chance to face the Elite Four and the Champion

...wait, Professor Elm has a son? I didn't think he had it in him.

That's more regions than I've ever been to. The furthest I've gotten was Kanto.

Heh, and I'm not surprised you didn't know. Professor Elm is usually at his lab, buried in his work. He barely talks about anything outside of work.

No, it's just ... well, when you can feel inside of people's heads you get very empathetic, or very cold. Guess which one I am.

Oh, I've gone out, every year, my kids loved seeing all the costumes. I just never dressed up myself. When I was younger, always thought I was too mature. And now, I'm just content to sit back and enjoy the season.

Well, y'know your never too old or young to dress up for Halloween. I know I'm gonna make the most of it! Heck, even my team can wear a costume too.

The idea of dominance is itself flawed. To dominate is to inherently misuse, as it attaches power to the equation in an unmovable sense. One who seeks to rule must do so without clouding their rule with the self, lest all be lost to greed.

If one will be a true leader, one must act as a conduit for the greater good. Though the world must be shaped, it will be done as a force of nature.

Sounds like you really thought about this. You know, you don't seem like a bad guy. Say, once that goal is achieved, would the world be a better place for everyone? Though how do you get the force of nature to shape it up anyway?

Naturally it would. That is simply logical. An orderly world is by definition in the best interests of society. And that society must be run by a rational being.

There are ways of controlling that which is natural. In a way, you as a trainer do so already, insofar as your Pokémon's elemental types and attacks. Do you agree that that is a sort of control over nature?

This world...it has a powerful potential. But that has been squandered by our own lacking natures. We must be made whole, and that is why I seek to create something logical.

You state you wish to ensure that no one is hurt again. I too seek to create a world without strife or suffering. Yet so few have considered what it truly entails...
