I am as eager to see King Bard as you are, but do not trust that he will turn up aboard the Tranquility after the film premieres, nor that you will find all the expressions for this new "played-by" for me that you hope for. All will not right itself with the release of one film.

That which she believes will be made right has little to do with that which she fears will go ill. She wants icons, and she wants Bard, among others, aboard the Tranquility. Most else is irrelevant to her games, for she will play me as she has ever played me.

[Hey. Hey we've had... decent conversations before. He's trying to be civil and discuss things with you, unless you really want him raging at you. He knows what happens, there's no reason to continue to be angry at the elf, is there? Especially after their last little chat.]

She is quite wanting, but again, so is mine. There will certainly be plenty of those we know, allies and enemies alike, that shall make their presence known here once this second telling arrives.

I've no doubt of that.

But what of you. You speak of what your scribe wishes, will you welcome those you know to this Tranquility? I would hope not, those places that our scribes place us are wicked and nothing but trappings to hold us hostage to their will.

I will be glad to see my friend, but not to see him there. Not when both our homes are now safer than they were. Before, our lands were no safer than the Tranquility. But the orc threat is diminished, the dragon is vanquished, and there is a peace between our three kingdoms.

And he is a father.
