Oi! Mundane! You listening?!

I'm still here you know! I mean, how could you forget me? I'm the leader. You can't just forget me and shove me off somewhere. It isn't fair to do that then just pull me out when you got a random idea. Now how about this time you get in gear and put me somewhere, alright? I'm not about to just be forgotten again. And try to find my friends. They've got to be around here, right?

And get me a soccer ball. I need to make sure I don't get rusty. So let's get to work.

Ah, really?

[He blinks and thinks for a while.] I haven't been in one of these worlds they call "games" for quite some time now, too. I don't think it's been over a year, though.

I was almost going to go to a game then it closed. So mun moved on to other people. But not this time. This time I'm getting into a game. What about you Takeru? You going to go to any games anytime soon?

Oh, I see. That's good for you, then.

As for me, well... [A lopsided smile.] Mun-san doesn't have concrete plans. She does admit missing writing for me, but with her work schedule and all, I don't want to push her if she can't possibly find time.

Oh. I can get that. Muns get busy sometimes. At least she knows her limits right? That's important for anyone.

Mm, it is. For now, she only has two of us up here in one of these games. She did look into that place you were going but thinks it might be time consuming.

[Daisuke smiles. He isn't too sad. Now if you were Hikari-chan Takeru, then he miiiight be more sad.]

Hey, it's alright. At least you get to get out sometimes, right? My mun says it isn't too bad a place if you just have one or two characters. Unlike him. With me, he'll have five there.

Those are a lot. I do hope your mun can handle all five of you there. Mun-san hasn't played that many for a long time.

He says he can. He has more in another game he is a mod at and then has two in another game and one in one more. That's...uh...

[Daisuke starts trying to count on his hands.]

I know it's more than eight in four games. He's insane sometimes.

[Takeru lets out a soft, sheepish chuckle.]

Well, if he can handle that many with ease, I don't see why not. Mun-san wishes she has time for all of us, but as it is, I'm just thankful she lets me out from time to time to talk to you guys.

My mun is kind of awesome like that. It just drives him crazy sometimes.

It's cool she let you out. I mean, at least now I know you're around.

[Baw. :"> His hand returns to Daisuke's shoulder.]

Well, I'm always here if you need me, Daisuke-kun. I'll talk to Mun-san if ever you need my help so she'll let me out. Then again, she likes you so I'm sure it won't be much of a problem.

I doubt I'll need help. ...I mean, talking to you isn't bad though. So sure. We can do it again later.

[Despite Daisuke trying to play it cool, the smile on his face shows he really likes this idea. Takeru is a good guy and a more experienced Chosen Child. He can learn from him and he knows that now.]

So, tell me, what kind of world is your mun sending you to? I hope it isn't dangerous.

It's a big city I think? There are monsters but they usually leave you alone. That's what my mun says. I think the most dangerous thing in the city my mun plays. He's a creepy evil guy.

[Well, Takeru's glad that even if there are monsters, they usually leave you alone. But this relief was replaced by surprise and alarm upon hearing the second part of what Daisuke just said.]

I was just concerned, is all. I know you're pretty capable of taking care of yourself, anyway.

I'm pretty sure I can keep away from him. Plus there are rules against me talking to him since we share a mun, I think. ...Thanks for worrying about me though.
