Other you isn't a vampire. The only association he ever had with vampires was the time he accidentally opened a door to the vampire dimension, and he'd been trying to build an electron microscope.

We actually built an electron microscope. The dimensional gate that opened up into the vampire dimension happened because we tried to build a better one.

And you never built a death ray in my reality. Apparently my creation and the subsequent return to fame meant you were never desperate or insane enough to think that was even remotely a good idea.
