on titan hm and ARR

Had I not cautioned it would be far more difficult?

[ but dat stomp. no one's prepared for those 8 stomps. ]

Throwing blame will not bring you any closer to victory than your futile prayers of 'god oh god'. If you truly wish to best Titan again, perhaps one should learn the true meaning of teamwork. A hero is only as strong as his companions; is that not a lesson we have learnt time and time again?

[ ... then in a less chastising tone. ] I still hold faith, as should you.

[He deeply resents being forced to discuss matters about which he knows nothing little. He gathers that there's battle in it, and that's a discipline he well understands. He's mostly irate about being strongly encouraged to use some strange words. There was no choice in whether to speak to Y'shtola at all; someone is overeager for the opportunity.]

While I do not refute the merits of your counsel, the mundane urging my responses insists that both Titan fights are needlessly complicated by "latency", which is something I am given to understand the "developers" ought soon compensate for, as — without intervention — even the most strategically sound effort may prove futile for some.

[Was there truth to that? Good, he's relieved. He thought his writer-woman had him spouting nonsense.

Lannisters do not wander aimlessly, for want of coin and notoriety. They're not so careless with their time as to undertake so many petty errands. It would vex him to become even passingly adherent to the idle whims of others, having to go about slaying specifically six of something in return for a reward.

There have been quite enough embarrassments to bear his name in Westeros, he needn't see that repeated in another realm. And before we forget, Eorzea's also host to too many Starks and Targaryens for his comfort.]

Resilience and persistence are not unbecoming traits by any means, but they're often the purview and privilege of youth. [It would be canon puncturing to realize that her world is one of infinite attempts. He doesn't have the time to persist with effort after effort, so he doesn't imagine that she and her mun do.]

Strike at the best opportunity, even if it's an ignoble one.
