Well- as inspiring as Inoue-san's confidence is, I doubt I'd be anyone's first choice for the leader of the new Earth.

I'm not even sure there should be just one person with all that authority! Perhaps in the beginning, dependent on the number of people, but even then there must be some sort of system to limit that power...

Well, if the extraterrestrials provide criticisms after your speech, we'll just take it in good faith that they're all constructive comments. (But what would aliens choose to criticize about Earth's culture? Breathing oxygen? Eating cheese?)
