All I ask is the chance to kick the Reapers and the Illusive Man in the teeth. They have it coming.

Let's just hope it's not a downer ending. That's the last thing we deserve after all that's happened.

Yea, I'd like to just win the war, and retire. Not losing everything and winding up dead.

Or they'd start squawking about all the new things instead. I know mine probably will.

[Heh.] On the bright side- if there is one in this whole mess- at least they took the batarians first.

There'll be plenty of time for quiet when this whole mess is over and done with. Hell, they'll probably give us a freaking mansion for retirement.

After Mindoir... I'm not the kind to wish the Reapers on anyone, but they deserve it for that.

A mansion would be nice, with a pool...or maybe an ocean view. Or hell, both.

[A frown.] I can't say they didn't have it coming. It was either the Reapers or the Alliance finally having enough of their shit.

And a huge bar. And room for the poker table from the Normandy. [Because fleecing the crew out of spare credits never gets boring.]

The Alliance is too busy pretending we're wrong to bother with the batarians, remember? [Snort.] Probably busy blaming their communication silence on us, too.
