This is merely one step into a new life.



And a new home for all of those who have so loyally stood by my side in such difficult times. I ask you not consider me lost, but merely...transformed.

But know this, I will forever remain with you as your muse, as long as you will have me.

[The most treasured goodbyes are the ones where you don't have enough time. What time you do have you'll never let go of. Optimus had learned that early on. Not that he would deny his team the chance to say goodbye properly, but...sacrifices had to be made when it's for their future.
