[Canon is Farscape] One year in Game
Harvey is grey || John Crichton is blue
Mun, let's talk, shall we? You've been doing a fair job so far, but I think it's time we take this in a new direction. You've kept me trapped inside of John's psyche for far too long. You can't keep me neutered like this forever. It's time you gave me some real power!
Would you listen to this piece of garbage? One day past our first anniversary and he thinks he's run'n the show.
Now there's an idea, Mun. Ditch this loser Crichton and let lil' old me have some fun in the sun! I want to be my own man! Come on, I know you've thought of it before already.
Harvey you need to get your head out of the sand and get a clue! That is never gonna happen. The only direction you're headed in is straight down. Isn't that right Mun? You want to talk about ditching losers, why don't we start by dumping him? C'mon Mun, call it a late anniversary gift. Whaddya say?
[Sigh...]
((Apologizing in advance for limited amount of Harvey icons.))

Nott, just ignore him. He's a dumb parasite that doesn't know when to shut up. You'll only encourage him.

No. No. Don't even think about it! The guy is a habitual liar. You can't believe a word of anything he says anyway!
no subject
Right, if I'm only getting one question I better say this right.
Okay from what I've learned from Unc and from eavesdropping on the Muns the only reason you even exist is to get a hold of and guard something in John's head.
So, why do you want your Mun to ditch John? Whatever it is your guarding could get ditched with him. And even if it didn't you can't go back to your boss and give if the stuff, if you try you'll just end up back in the unawakened John's head.
[He knows Harvey is dangerous and he really wants to know what motivates the guy.]

Have you ever tried living in John's head? Or living without a body? I assure you it is no pleasure cruise. I want my own body. My own life. My own account! Be my own man, follow my own agendas. You should respect what it is to be a slave Nott. I want to stretch my legs a little. [And maybe see some babes.]
True, I was made with a purpose. I have my mission. But, I have studied the way of things in this world beyond. My actions in any single game have no affect on what is or will be. My mission, and my master, in light of that, are of little consequence to me here. So why not have a little fun?
no subject
Oh you're good. [Nott grins sheepishly and rubs the back of his neck.] Really good, I actually believe you. Good thing this is all hypothetical or I'd feel pretty damn conflicted right now.
Good use of the word "slave" too, but you kinda shot yourself in the foot with "fun".
[And now Nott drops the sheepish expression, turning serious, one man's fun can be another man's murder as he's learned.]
Because yeah everyone who is a person has the right to be free, but sometimes, the person is question is just to dangerous to just allow them to walk off and do what they want.
no subject
[Harvey throws an annoyed look to Crichton.] And who decides when one is too dangerous to let free? You?
[Crichton interrupts.] No Harve, in your case, that would be me. See Nott, I told you not to bother asking him anything.
no subject
Me? You think I'm qualified to make that choice?
Please, a choice like that is best left in the hands of a smarter man than I, but in this case I guess we'll just have to let John be your keeper instead.
no subject
Yes, by separating us.

[Annnd just turning her attention on John, now.]
But happy one year in the jungle, Rocky. Hoping the others roll a bit more smoothly.

We were all going a little bananas because of that bastard Traltix being on board. I didn't see anyone else doing any better.
[He snorts.] Heh, yeah right. With my Mun's reputation, I can only see things getting more crazy. But thanks.
no subject
And hey, Rocky, at least you've got company for the ride. Misery loves that kinda thing, right?
no subject
[Harvey gives a tight lipped scowl, but says nothing.]
That's what I thought.
[Crichton turns to Irene, one eyebrow raised high.]
Not this company. Misery can go it alone.
no subject
Cycles pass, but things only seem to change in the details.
no subject
[Well, this is just perfect. She's absolutely the last person Crichton wants Harvey talking to.]
Some things change.
[He directs a pointed look at Aeryn, which ends in a tiny smile. Then he turns a glare on Harvey, trying to will him not to speak further.]
And some things don't.
no subject
...Someone needs to stop them.
no subject
I'm quite enjoying that musebox.
Yeah I bet you are... [Crichton crosses his arms over his chest.] Your right. We gotta stop this.
no subject
[Lucas frowns, shrugging.]
I'd say we go on strike but neither one of us knows when to shut the fuck up...
