She does have a point though. I'm aware that people will ask questions in a public place like this. It's hard to swallow but it happens.

...and part of the problem are people butting in when they don't have all the answers. You think that just because you're the head of the department that you know everything about us and everything we did?

I never said I knew everything about your friend. That's why I said "I'd need more details" rather than just calling him a wimp. At the same time, you don't know anything about me, what I've been through, or how far I've come. Who knows, I might even be able to offer some advise to him.
