Y'know, it's that sort of thing that makes me wonder just how it is they think the way they do. Then I tell myself that's one theory I don't want to look into.

I'm glad someone knows where I'm going. Unlike certain parties who will not be named but can't settle on a game because said parties are too paranoid about not making the grade.

My mun's got… insecurities. And worries about running into hurtful figures from the past. …And I wondered why we get on so well. Probably why I haven't really made it past this place and one or two visits to some other joint called Bakerstreet.

That's understandable. Sometimes our muns are very connected to us and don't want to see us hurt. There's nothing wrong with that.

My mun's been debating what to do with me now. [And there's a small chuckle.] She feels bad that I'm not in a game anymore. But after dying once and being tortured a time after that..I'm content with the break.

Oh, no. No no no. [He'd laugh if he thought it was actually funny.] Mun's got no problems making my life hell. Probably all in for some psychological anguish given some of the convoluted ideas they had regarding me and the DJD.

[A pause whilst he pinches the bridge of his nose.]

Let's just say that my mun's already been in one game where they couldn't get enough action to make activity check or even bother sticking around, and is too worried about small fandom circles to think there's a chance of not running into the folks who hurt them. I'd take a game where I'm stuck in holomatter form the entire time if it meant getting out and doing stuff.

Yes, I understand that completely as well. My mun has felt the same way about several games before that she's tried. Actually, that is similar to the position we are in now, unfortunately.
