A war? I'm afraid I'm not sure what sort of use I will be in any sort of war, though if it is to stop the end of multiple worlds I will certainly try to help where and how I can.
Your choice on my canon point is a bit strange to me, though.

Medics, healers or really anyone able to take care of wounded soldiers are very important in war.
There's also jobs for cleaning up laundry and supplies...or if you're able to cook large batches of food for the staff and wounded, that's an even bigger help.
And if you're able to make food that actually tastes good, you'll end up with a lot of friends for life. Military rations are notorious for tasting bad so any good sort of food is deeply appreciated..
So really, there's a lot of ways you could help out even without any combat experient.

Thank you for such advice. I admit I've never been in a situation before so I did not know what more could be done.

dude, I just got this as I'm about to turn in
Usually it's the marines that only think of combat training as being important. *smirks*
Sorry?
You are in the army? [Aurora was not aware women could be in the military. To be fair, it was women who held all the magic in her world but perhaps women were in the military in her father's kingdom? She didn't think so.]
I will have to put my skills to use.

ooc: it's fine. I should've gone to sleep earlier but was all 'yay tags!
Where I'm from, women have been part of the military for fifty years-though most aren't put in positions of combat. I won't bore you with the details, but suffice to say it was a matter of 'desperation is the mother of invention'.
Where's she sending you anyway?[Sonya hopes that if the girl does become a medic, that she has a strong stomach]

[Sonya's just suppressing the urge to facepalm.]
Sticking with medicine would be a good idea. Even better would be volunteering to help at a clinic or hospital or some such building, where they'll probably have you working under a doctor or another nurse. That way you'll not only be able to assist and help those wounded ,but will also able to learn from whoever you're working with.

That's not the point though. She's joined game like this before-she'll take an interest in about a month or so, but since I'm..well, my 'story' is semi obscure, it's hard to really get people to tag or plot with her. Then she looses the drive to play and drops from the game.
She already has me in an established part in two games-three if you include the one with no activity check. Along with the other voices and her own real life job.
All this is happened before and I'm not budging until she realizes this.
ooc: actually there are a lot of canons in that game that I would like to tag, but...I don't know if I could give the game the time it deserves. :(

Ba-dum-ssh]Something left to be desired, I'm afraid. But what about you, Flynn? Have you found a place to call home?

pls hold your applause till the end of the show]Nope! Still a free agent. Will Philip be there with you?

That's sweet of you to say.
Truth be told, I'm not the most social of people, I admit that here and now- combined with workaholic tendencies and most people will find that off putting. There's also the fact that my "canon" is almost obscure, and if people aren't familiar with a canon than they're less inclined to tag.
ooc: heheheh, look what I found. It's very worksafe, but it just made me giggle, considering the thread

No, I won't even know that Phillip is anything more than the prince I was betrothed to... [She frowns. Really, Flynn, she is not all that happy about this situation.] Even if he does come, I won't know right away about them being the same person.

[He whistles] So not even your memory of your beloved Philip is spared? If I didn't know any better I'd say you managed to tick your miss mundane off!
