You couldn't send me to a place with, oh, I don't know- a beach? Or even just a nice lake? Maybe a gazebo with a view to lounge in, someone there passing out fruity drinks with umbrellas while I get my art on? I know the Fates [ ...mods. ] haven't actually decided that I'll end up there, but an abandoned college campus with vampires on fire in the middle of winter isn't my idea of a fun time.
Not that life on the turtle's been horrible. I mean, okay, skydiving with a cute guy is a plus. But it's not exactly a vacation there all the time, either! Like sending me into a nightmare world was at all fair.
