Muse is relieved at his Mundane's reaction to the movie (Spoilers possible)

I know you're disappointed that your favorite scene from the book wasn't in the movie or your favorite from the extras since it's my favorite too but it wouldn't have made sense in the movie.

At least it made you like all of us more. And you're right, the Institute looked better than you imagined.

Maybe now that you weren't disappointed by the movie, you can start being hopeful over the last book we're waiting for.

One can only hope, although I'm glad they returned some of my literary wit to its place in that scene. When talking to Clary they seemed to delight in softening me up- not that thats a bad thing, but I do have a reputation to maintain.

[Honestly, Alec doesn't care about Magnus' wardrobe. He'll even listen to his boyfriend's hints about his clothes... sometimes. But it's fun to tease Magnus without worrying he'll cause another fight... or he hopes he won't cause another one.]
