If it is the Gameboy Advance version you are referring to, I quite agree that translation seems a bit... haphazard at times.

[Not that he really needs to worry about that since this particular Dhaos is from the OVA timeline.

Yes, a number of things would need to be censored to achieve the "Everyone" rating. I do have to wonder how a story containing war, death, and other unpleasantness would be considered something children would be allowed to play.

[Although most children probably wouldn't think about just how horrible a fate getting magically sealed in a dark, cold, airless coffin and slowly starving for a decade actually is. Dhaos certainly tries to think of it as little as possible.]
