I guess it's interesting? It's a big city, like Station Square, so it won't be too hard to get used to being there. At least for me it won't be.

I don't know about special training, I mean he's Shadow. Do you really think he has to train? He has all that Chaos Control stuff he can do.

[ She nods in agreement. ] he and Sonic never fail to remind me how strong they are. Like I haven't saved their furry butts before.

[Oh hey, there is a slight change in her expression when Amy mentions Sonic, but it's very slight.] Mm... yeah.

[Good, good. Amy isn't too sure how another her would react to what would come out at more prying. Even a her that is more "Be better than Sonic" than "I love Sonic".]

Neat, I guess? I mean I'm already pretty strong and fast, so I'm guessing you are too, so I can't fault you for wanting to get even better.

It's not just better...it's being enough that matters more. Not just being the third, fourth wheel -- I want to be recognized in a league of my own and not just be "that pink hedgehog".

[ What drives Amy is her determination to be seen as an equal -- a worthy opponent and her own person. She doesn't want to known as That Girl In The Stands. She wants to be at that starting line with everyone else. ]
