Asking the Question

So, instead of picking up The Flash like you had once planned, your attention came to me instead... A part of you wants to know the truth about things, isn't that right?

I know.

You're always asking questions... But not the right questions. You live quite contently in a world of lies. Of course you're confused, certain that I am the one who is lying.

I'm the only one aware of the truth, I'm the only one who can help you, and all those who are blissfully unawares.

What am I getting at, you ask? I'm glad you are asking, because I can start with the most obvious... What you love to watch most on the Internet, that which controls the personal feelings of people around you.

So easy to manipulate a person's thoughts and ideas when they are subjected to this phenomenon. You know what I'm talking about.

Cat videos. More specifically kittens.

LSD for the mind... but that's not all-- each and every one of those videos has a very special code written into it that sends a message to you and everyone else watching. Not only does that message tell you to watch more and more until you're nothing more than a drone for those truly in power, but you're also being watched from the other side.

Every one of those videos is a window into your home, your hard-drive, your life.

Prove me wrong-- it won't be easy. I know things that most people don't.

I've thought to ask the right questions.

But...

I thought you only got wrong answers if someone lied. Or if you did math problems incorrectly. Or failed a test. Or if you were me?? But you're not me, so you can't get wrong answers.

[He's not even going to pretend he understood a single bit of that.]

Ooookay. Thank you?
