So far from my experience, slow and quiet, but a lot of the other residents tend to provide a lot of entertainment, unintentionally most of the time. I've heard it can get incredibly hectic sometimes, when the castle decides to take action.

There's an endless amount of research to be done. I think they've been going six or seven years now and haven't made much progress. It'll be a challenge even for you.
