For all that he is a humaniform robot, he is not completely human in appearance, and thus we are not at all the same superficially. I also do not strive to be human, as he does. I am simply R. Daneel Olivaw, nothing more.
Please, Friend Mun, reread the novels I appear in, to get a better grasp on my voice. It is not enough to skip contractions and make me emotionless. I still possess a sense of urgency, and a desire to see justice done. My positronic pathways feel more secure when I am played properly.
