While I understand that you aren't holding yourself in a good light right now I know you won't let it hold you back. Things may not be able to get fixed but there are other things to be done that haven't passed yet.

I'm not really that strong, you know? But... I'm going to do my best, and I don't want people to get hurt anymore because of me. I know I have to fight in order to do the right thing, even if I don't really like it much.

...I still don't think it's going to get the point across. Feeling bad for yourself and having someone punish you physically isn't going to fix anything. I thought you knew that already, Luke. Your actions from here on out are what matter.
