Tch, of course I look like shit during that chapter. I'd like to see anybody else put up with a death threat, search for a spy, run a dance party patrol and train Satan's brat without havin' a bag or two under their eyes.

don't say a word about me slippin' up there either. we'll make the best out of that situation.

Tch, you barely read the books, you still rush into things without thinking and you're so distracted by the other sex that you're blind to the real problems around you.

It's not entirely a bad thing, you don't wanna end up a stiff like four eyes, but you're nowhere near adult. Just suck it up and focus more on your immediate problems.

[Honestly, he had nothing to say in his defense except to sputter indignantly. How could he help it if books were boring! And things had to be done in the moment! AND how important it was to get dates for school functions and do couple things.
