Yes! It's on the second floor of the mansion somehow, but it's heated and lit and always clean! There's an ocean too, for summertime swimming.

It is! I don't think it ever closes, actually, so if you wanted to go for a nighttime swim, or a swim really early in the morning, you would be able to do that any time you wanted to!
