No. She is far crueler.

She has. She only cares for revenge upon us who are her captives.

At first it was because of what she claimed were our sins. She destroyed worlds for our failures. Now...it is because we have killed her daughter who aided in our torture.

Who is she to judge our sins? [He falls quiet, frowning.] Tyrants only cause pain and devastation. Her days are numbered as well.

She does. That is all that needs knowing. It may be that she thinks herself above us, though she is blind to her own sin.
