[I'm your landlady, goes unsaid. She's fighting a bit of a smile though.]

Your ability to point out the obvious, Mrs Hudson, would rival John's.

[Yes, he's in a sarcastic mood, but at least he seems to be in a good mood.]

You never seem to get tired of either of us.

[You secretly enjoy it, don't you?]

[Of course he does. He won't admit it, though.]

Well, for being average, you both keep me entertained.

[She doesn't expect him to.]

Well, I'm glad we can at least do that much.

[He smiles fondly down at her.]

Indeed. Now. How about some tea?

[In other words, "Make me some."]

[Hands. On. Hips.]

Now Sherlock, what was I just saying?

[Sherlock looks mildly confused.]

John makes tea for me all the time and he's not my housekeeper either.

But he is your flatmate.

[Sigh.] Just this once then.

[Sherlock grins.]

Help yourself to some biscuits as well.

[The biscuits she made, thanks for that. And yes, do bring him one or two as well, after the tea is ready, of course.]

Whose housekeeper?

This young lady but most importantly: Sherlock and John. Sherlock is always making such a mess.

Sherlock and John? Like Holmes and Watson?

[Smiling indulgently.] That would be them. At least John knows how to keep a house.

You know Sherlock?

I most certainly hope you're not their landlady either.

[Because more tenants would just be annoying. 221b is just fine how it is, thank you.]

Goodness, no! I have my hands full as it is with my current tenants.

Insinuating John and I are a handful. Mrs. Hudson. [He shakes his head a little.]

You can be, putting thumbs in the fridge, shooting up the walls in the middle of the night.

The wall had it coming.

[I mean really.]

There are worse alternatives to things I could shoot, besides the wall.

_{[ peers down at his mug of tea. biscuits????? ]}

Would you mind not being my housekeeper over there? I need my laptop.

[What is it with all of you Sherlock's? It's obviously a losing battle.]

[Stepping over and picking it up.]
